Summary

North American Sustainable Refrigeration Council (NASRC) is a 501(c)(3) membership-based nonprofit working to advance natural refrigerants, particularly in the retail food sector. With members from throughout the retail and refrigeration industries, NASRC has its pulse on the latest policies, innovations, trends and challenges when it comes to choosing commercial refrigeration options. This presentation will introduce NASRC, its role in driving positive change, and how change that fits into the context of recent policies and industry developments.

The presentation will focus on current market trends and options within commercial refrigeration, and how EPA and CARB policies are shaping ?where the market is headed. The industry is constantly innovating and finding ways to address the hurdles that slow our shift to non-fluorinated options.
