Cancellation Policy

Refunds are available with a week advance notice. Refunds will not be provided for cancellations less than 7 days in advance. Those who register and plan to pay by check or cash at the door will be asked for payment unless cancellation notice is provided no later than 7 days prior to the meeting. This cancellation policy is necessary because the chapter must pay for the meals even if registrants do not attend. Thank you for your understanding.
