Industry trends are moving towards color tuning lights for circadian regulation, often with little understanding of the relationships between light, color and circadian stimulation. Robert Soler will define "social jet lag", and how its impact on health is changing the way we think about lighting and holistic design. Evidence will be provided on how light intensity and spectrum matter.
