Presentation |
Behavior change has been called the “fastest, easiest, and cheapest way to effect energy savings.” But is it? Social scientists have looked at the question of behavior change and found some surprising answers on how we can better understand behavior change in order to use it effectively. I’ve collected dozens of myths about behavior and energy, and will present some of my favorite, including “Behavior is an Important Determinant of Energy Use,” “Changing Behavior is Easy,” and “People Want More Information about their Energy Use.”
The program will not be a typical presentation as Rick does not use slides. It is accessible to less technical people. Please bring your significant other, or why not bring an architect? |
